I Am Employable!

Someone's given me a job! Horraaaaaah! It's only a 6 miles away from home and although it's a reasonably hefty pay cut I'll be taking, the money I'll save in petrol will be well worth it. I haven't handed in my notice just yet as they have to wait for my security clearance to go through. I have to prove I'm not a baddie

Currently I'm driving 50 miles a day so just 12 miles a day will be bliss!

This weekend is going to be busy and I hope the weather stays nice. We've got my friend's sister's wedding to go to tomorrow, so that'll be nice and I get to wear that cherry dress again. Also, I like weddings

They're like a happily ever after in a fairy tale!

I'm worried about a friend, and what he's going to do to himself. His girlfriend broke up with him and he just doesn't think there's any point anymore. I've tried convincing him otherwise all day today, I've been texting him a lot. I can only hope that he sees there's more to life than just her. But there's only so much I can do. It really upsets me when my friends are unhappy.

Anyway, I don't want to end on a downer so here's this week's Friday Feature! I need it to be 5pm so I can home, go to the pub and drink cider! This week I am featuring ~Brittneyrae. I know she doesn't have much work up just yet but she is new and I'm watching her because I think there's a huge opening for talent with her artwork. So here's some of her great work, please go and give her some love!

It's not that bloody close

It'll just be so nice to not have to drive for 2 hours a day. I love driving and I love my car but it's tiring.

Doing some math, you will be saving over 1000 miles a month, dear. That is a goooooood saving.
About your friend, you know my story and can tell him about it. The world is not ending because a girl dump us. There is much more to share around than to be engaged to someone who stopped loving us.

He's right, 6 miles there & back is easy to cycle (shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes either way & it's cheaper than the gym!). Go for it... : )
