From my shoot with the wonderful =Ra1Der :aww: Andrew has only just started doing portrait photography, but hats off to him. I think he's done a fantastic job on these and as the model, he made me feel incredibly comfortable and he knew what he was doing. So pleased with the way these came out!

This set with Andrew were all taken around Salisbury cathedral. We would have stayed longer but we got kicked out by a priest! :giggle: The priest was quite rude actually, but I wonder whether that's because he saw my pentacle around my neck. Oh well, sod 'em!

I like this series better than the last one. This particular shot feels more captured than posed, which I believe brings out more of the essence of the subject. The wind blowing hair across your face is a nice touch, a bit of careless elegance.

It reminds me of the second half of Ben Jonson's "Still to be Neat":
Give me a look, give me a face

That makes simplicity a grace;

Robes loosely flowing, hair as free

Such sweet neglect more taketh me

Than all th’ adulteries of art;

They strike mine eyes, but not my heart.

Thank you :aww: I really appreciate what you're saying, and while I had a good time with the studio shoot I think I prefer location shoots because of the reason you said; the photos are more captured than posed. It was a very windy day and it helped a lot! Thank you :)
